ZC99 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Explained Clearly

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ZC99 platform at zc99.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding between you (the player) and ZC99. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ZC99 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by ZC99, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football), crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman), jackpot slots, Ludo games, and all promotional offers. Additional specific terms may apply to individual products or promotions and will be published alongside those offerings.

By clicking "Register" or "Log In," you are confirming your acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of your access. ZC99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility

ZC99 is a platform operated for Pakistani residents. The following eligibility requirements apply strictly and without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the ZC99 platform. ZC99 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan. ZC99 does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gaming services are prohibited. Providing false location information to circumvent this restriction is a material breach of these terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ZC99 or any of its affiliated entities. Such persons are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in any real-money games or bets on the ZC99 platform.
• You must be acting as a private individual for personal entertainment. ZC99 accounts may not be used for professional wagering operations, syndicates, or on behalf of third parties without explicit written authorisation from ZC99.
• You must not have been previously excluded from ZC99 under the responsible gaming self-exclusion process, or be the subject of an account closure action initiated by ZC99.

ZC99 may perform checks to verify eligibility at any stage of account ownership. Providing false information during registration or at any later point is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold one and only one ZC99 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same mobile number, same device, same bank account, or any combination of personal details — are strictly prohibited. ZC99 actively monitors for duplicate account activity and will close all duplicate accounts upon detection. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering on ZC99, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate. Updating account information can be done through the ZC99 account settings panel or by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ZC99 account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ZC99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain secure credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ZC99 support immediately at support@zc99.ws.

4 Deposits and Payments

ZC99 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any stage. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on ZC99:

All funds deposited on ZC99 must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment account belonging to another person is used to fund your ZC99 account — are strictly prohibited. ZC99 will return funds and close accounts where third-party deposit activity is detected.

ZC99 does not apply deposit fees for any standard deposit method. Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer are outside ZC99's control and ZC99 accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.

5 Withdrawals

ZC99 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals. Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 3–15 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via IBFT process same day during standard banking hours in Pakistan.

Withdrawals on ZC99 are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or card registered in your name — the same identity you registered on ZC99 with
• Before your first withdrawal, ZC99 may require basic identity verification including a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement. This is a one-time process.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent payment processing abuse. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without any gameplay may result in a processing review.
• Bonus funds must meet the specific wagering requirements attached to that bonus before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are published with each bonus offer on ZC99.

ZC99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals (above Rs 50,000) in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 cumulative in any calendar month. These checks are standard financial compliance procedures and do not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ZC99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and tournament prize pools to eligible players. Each promotion on ZC99 carries its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates — which are published at the time the promotion is active.

General rules applicable to all ZC99 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one person per household, device, or shared IP address unless ZC99 explicitly states otherwise
• Bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering between multiple accounts to generate guaranteed profit from bonus terms, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds
• ZC99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, ZC99 will provide reasonable notice before cancellation
• ZC99 may request that bonuses be used before real-money balances, or vice versa, depending on the specific promotion structure. The active order is displayed in your ZC99 wallet panel
• Refer-a-friend rewards are credited only when the referred player completes a qualifying deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold specified in the current ZC99 referral programme terms

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ZC99 — including cricket, football, and other markets — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the ZC99 help section:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ZC99 does not offer a bet cancellation facility after confirmation except in cases of an obvious technical error that ZC99 acknowledges in writing
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement of more than 48 hours, or abandonment, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your ZC99 balance
• ZC99 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or use of information not available to the general public at the time of betting
• Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum single bet varies by market and is displayed at the time of bet placement on ZC99
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and confirmation to prevent exploitation of live data feeds. ZC99's in-play delay is approximately 3–5 seconds for most cricket and football markets
• Errors in published odds that are clearly the result of a technical or data feed error — for example, odds of 100/1 on a strong favourite — will be corrected and any bets placed at erroneous odds may be voided by ZC99

8 Game Fairness and Provably Fair Policy

ZC99 is committed to offering games that are demonstrably fair to all players. Crash games on ZC99 — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and all other crash variants — operate using a provably fair algorithm. This means:

• Before each round opens for betting, a cryptographic hash of the round's outcome seed is published and visible to all players
• After the round concludes, the full seed is revealed so any player can independently verify that the crash point was determined before bets were placed
• Neither ZC99 staff nor any player can alter the crash point after the hash is published

Slot games on ZC99 use certified Random Number Generation systems from third-party certified providers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot game is published in the game information panel within ZC99. Sports betting odds are set by ZC99's trading team and represent ZC99's view of the probability of an outcome — no result in any event is predetermined or influenced by ZC99.

Ludo games on ZC99 use server-side dice generation certified to produce statistically random results with equal probability for each face on every roll, independent of all previous rolls and all other players' dice outcomes in the same round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZC99 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where they are detected:

• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to place bets, participate in games, or interact with the ZC99 platform in any way that is not standard manual user interaction
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or take advantage of any technical error, bug, or glitch in ZC99's platform or games to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or guarantee profit at ZC99's expense through collusion in poker, Ludo, or any multi-player game format
• Using the ZC99 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Pakistani law
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person at any stage of account registration or verification
• Placing bets using inside information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any match-fixing activity
• Attempting to access ZC99 systems, servers, or infrastructure beyond your authorised player account access
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZC99 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform

ZC99 cooperates with Pakistani law enforcement authorities where illegal activity is suspected or confirmed on the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

ZC99 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. ZC99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR can be deposited into your ZC99 account
• Loss Limits: Limit the amount you can lose in a defined period across all games and bets on ZC99
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after set playing session durations to encourage regular breaks
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from ZC99 for periods ranging from 1 week to permanent. Self-exclusion is applied immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period

Players who are self-excluded from ZC99 under the responsible gaming programme must not attempt to re-register under a new account during their exclusion period. 11 Privacy and Data

ZC99 collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations. This includes your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment method details, transaction history, and platform usage data. ZC99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors necessary to complete transactions, identity verification services used for compliance purposes, and law enforcement where legally required.

You have the right to request access to the personal data ZC99 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Submit data requests to support@zc99.ws with your account details and the specific request.

12 Limitation of Liability

ZC99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably 24 hours a day, ZC99 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses caused by system downtime, technical failures, or disruptions to third-party payment processing services outside ZC99's direct control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to cash out before a crash game round ends due to a slow internet connection or device issue on the player's end
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses beyond the direct value of funds held in your ZC99 account at the time of any incident
• The accuracy of third-party data feeds used for live in-play betting odds, though ZC99 will void bets where data feed errors demonstrably affected the outcome

In all cases, ZC99's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's ZC99 wallet at the time of the incident that gives rise to a claim.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

ZC99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of any of the following:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the ZC99 platform for any illegal purpose
• Duplicate account creation in breach of the one-account-per-person policy
• Identity fraud or provision of false documentation during verification
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Threatening or abusive conduct toward ZC99 staff or other players

Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, ZC99 may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct — for example, ZC99 withdrawing service from a region — verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ZC99 account may do so by contacting support@zc99.ws. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method after identity confirmation.

14 Changes to These Terms

ZC99 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at zc99.ws/terms-conditions with a revised "last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, ZC99 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via an in-platform notification banner.

Your continued use of ZC99 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account before the changes take effect by contacting ZC99 customer support.

It is your responsibility to review the ZC99 Terms and Conditions periodically. ZC99 recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of changes or at least once per month if you are an active player.
